Shipping terms

At DupeScents, our ambition is to offer fast and reliable delivery of our perfumes to our customers. Here is an overview of our shipping terms:

Delivery time Within Sweden
Standard delivery within Sweden usually takes 1-5 working days. Please note that delivery times may be affected by weekends and public holidays.

Shipping costs within Sweden

• Free shipping on orders over SEK 499.

• For orders under SEK 499, a shipping fee of SEK 49 is added.
   

• Shipping costs within Denmark

• Free shipping on orders over 499 DKK.

• For orders under DKK 499, a shipping fee of 49 DKK is added.
  Standard delivery within Denmark usually takes 3-7 working days. Please note that delivery times may be affected by weekends and public holidays.

 

 

Delivery method
We work with reliable delivery partners such as PostNord, DHL and UPS to ensure that your order is delivered on time and in perfect condition. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Using this link, you can track your package from our warehouse to your address.

 

Unredeemed Packages
For packages that are not picked up within the set time and returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a fee of SEK 199 to cover handling and shipping costs.

 

Damage and Lost Packages
If your package is damaged in transit or lost, please contact our customer service immediately. We will work to replace or refund you in accordance with our policies.
