At DupeScents, we are committed to offering the highest quality products and providing our customers with an exceptional shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow our returns and refunds policy below for guidance on how to proceed.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. The right of withdrawal only applies to unopened and unused products in their original packaging. Please note that returns of opened perfumes are not accepted due to hygienic reasons.
If your goods are unopened/unused and do not have a broken seal, you can use the right of cancellation which is valid for 14 days from the time you received your order. Contact us at support@dupescents.se and we'll tell you more about how it works!
Complaint
If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, you have the right to complain about the product within 7 days of receipt.

Refund
Once we have received and approved your return, your refund will be processed within 10 working days.

Refund Method
The refund is made to the same payment method that was used at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Shipping costs
In case of canceled purchase, shipping costs are not refunded.

Replacement of Product
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchange of products at DupeScents.se. However, you have the right to cancel your purchase according to the Distance Shopping Act within 14 days.

Exception
For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns on opened perfumes or other cosmetic products, unless they are defective or damaged on delivery.
