Terms and Conditions of Purchase
These terms and conditions apply when you, as a consumer, place an order on www.dupescents.se.

An agreement between you and DupeScents AB for the delivery of your ordered products is formed once you receive an order confirmation.

To shop on Dupescents.se, you must be at least 18 years old, not under guardianship, and legally capable of entering into contracts. If you are under 18, parental consent is required to order from us. We reserve the right to correct any technical errors, typographical mistakes, or inaccuracies, both before and after an order has been processed.

Out-of-Stock Products
If an item you ordered is out of stock at the time of packing, only the available products will be shipped. Out-of-stock items will be refunded. If your initial purchase exceeded SEK 499, you will not be charged for shipping.

Deliveries and Orders
Free shipping applies to purchases over SEK 499. Delivery is made via DHL for orders over SEK 499.

Notification
Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation via email.

Unclaimed Packages
Your package will remain at the pickup location in accordance with DHL's regulations, after which it will be returned to Dupescents.se. If you have paid for your order but did not collect it, the product amount will be refunded, but the shipping cost will not. An administrative fee of SEK 199 will be charged for unclaimed packages to cover return handling costs.

Order and Shipping Confirmations/Receipt
After completing your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email. If you have not received it, please check your email address and contact Dupescents.se customer service. Once the products have been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation/receipt via email.

Exchanges, Right of Withdrawal, and Complaints

Returns
For returns, the customer bears the shipping costs. For unopened packages, the amount will be refunded after the return or complaint is approved. The return address is Dupescents.se.

Exchanges
Exchanges cannot be made with Dupescents.se. However, you can exercise your right of withdrawal and place a new order.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order. The item must be returned in its original, unopened packaging and in otherwise unused and undamaged condition. For health and hygiene reasons, products with broken packaging or seals are not covered by the right of withdrawal.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To cancel a purchase, contact Dupescents.se customer service via email. If you are returning the product, it must be sent back to Dupescents.se within 14 days of informing us of your decision. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice, but no earlier than when we have received the item. The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.

Complaints
Dupescents.se guarantees that every shipment is checked before delivery. For defective or incorrect items, you have three years from the date of receipt to file a complaint. Faulty items must be reported to customer service with a photo or video as documentation.

Shipping Costs
If a complaint is approved, Dupescents.se will cover the return shipping. If the complaint is not approved or if the right of withdrawal is exercised, you will be responsible for the return shipping.

Allergic Reaction
If you experience an allergic reaction from a product purchased at Dupescents.se, contact customer service. We do not register health-related information or provide health recommendations.

Payment and Prices
Card Payment
You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.

Invoice
The invoice will be sent via email from Klarna. Klarna will conduct a simplified credit check. Delivery will be made to the registered address. See Klarna's website for their terms and conditions.

Prices
All prices are stated in Swedish kronor or Danish crown, including VAT, which will be shown on the order confirmation/receipt.

Product Information and Images
Dupescents.se strives to provide accurate product information. Always check the product information and ingredient list on the packaging upon delivery, especially if you have allergies. Note that product colors may vary depending on your screen and settings.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
Dupescents.se reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Any changes will be communicated on www.dupescents.se.
