As a customer, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it.
For returns, shipping costs are covered by the customer. For unopened packaging, the amount will be refunded after the right of withdrawal or complaint has been approved.

Exchanges
Exchanges are not possible at Dupescents.se.
However, you can exercise your right of withdrawal and place a new order.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. The item must be returned in its original, unopened packaging and otherwise unused and undamaged. For health and hygiene reasons, products with broken seals or packaging are not covered.
Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To return a purchase, contact Dupescents.se customer service via email. If you return the product, it must be sent back to Dupescents.se within 14 days from the date you notified us. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of being informed of your decision to cancel the purchase, but no earlier than when we have received the item. Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.
Complaints
Dupescents.se guarantees that every shipment is inspected before delivery. For defective or incorrect items, please notify us as soon as possible, and we will resolve your issue. Faulty items must be reported to customer service with photo or video documentation.
