All orders to Denmark have a fixed shipping cost of 65 DKK.
However, we offer free shipping on orders over 1000 DKK.

All our packages are packed within 12 hours and are always dispatched the following business day.
If you place your order before 6:00 PM Monday through Friday, your order will be shipped the same day.

Notification
When your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation via email.
Unclaimed Packages
Your package will remain at the pickup location according to DHL's terms. After this period, it will be returned to Dupescents.se.
If you have paid for your order but did not collect it, the amount for the products will be refunded. An administrative fee of 199 DKK will be charged for unclaimed deliveries to cover return handling costs.
